We are based in Paris – France so here are the possibilities : 
We usually take 2-3 days to ship your order. The tracking number is only given to us when we get your package to the post office.

We then have to send it to you by E-mail to the address you provided during the checkout !
If you ordered from EU : orders take ~1-2 weeks maximum to be delivered.
If you made an international order (outside EU) it will take ~2-3 weeks to reach the destination.
If you made an order from France count 3-6 days maximum.
If you ordered from Paris – France AND choose the free delivery we will deliver the package to you as soon as we have processed your order and called you to arrange a meeting ! 🙂

We provide tracking on all orders, so feel free to track your shipment’s progress along the way!

Most non-delivered package usually happens due to an incorrectly provided address or a mistake on the mail carrier’s behalf.
Either way, if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it as long as the shipping fee is covered.

For packages that show as “in transit” but isn’t progressing to the destination, please allow for a 4-week period to see if the package does show up.

No we don’t. We individually verify all Pins so that they match the expected quality !
However, there may be slight minor cosmetic imperfections, remember that all Pins are handmade.

Yes we do but keep in mind that it can be costly.
Why ? Because the Pin making process is tricky, each pin are made from a metal casted mold, after that there is many process leading to the final product.
So depending on the complexity of the commission expect a various range of price.

Yes ! We plan on making various types of Pins and aparels : we just focus on one type at a time 😀
You can submit your ideas with the contact form or on our dedicated discord, we will also do polls on our socials from time to time so make sure to head there.

We do not use, give or sell the personal data you enter on our website. The sole usage of your data is getting your Pins delivered to you the fastest way possible 😀
